STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION
Frontier Assembly has a large workshop at Fairy Hill in NSW. Our team of qualified boilermakers undertake the fabrication of structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium structures. All of our fabrication work is undertaken in accordance with our ISO9001 Quality Management System.
COMPOSITE FIBRE AND FRP CONSTRUCTION
Our team of carpenters and tradesmen are highly experienced in the construction of FRP and composite fibre structures. We have undertaken the construction of numerous boardwalks, bridges and viewing platforms using composite fibre and FRP materials. These structures can have significant advantages with an increased design life of up to 100 years.

We employ fully qualified civil engineers, machine operators, pipe layers and concretors who are highly experienced in civil engineering projects. Frontier Assembly has a fleet of excavators, trucks and equipment that are utilised on these projects.

Frontier Assembly specialise in the use of helicopters for the installation of our projects. Our team has Work Safely Around Aircraft, Rigging and Dogging qualifications. Our management team has many years of experience coordinating helicopter operations. If the site location is remote and challenging to access, Frontier Assembly is the answer!

Our team are also qualified for rope access work, meaning we can access the most difficult locations!
